SPF 30 or SPF 50 – which should I choose?
SPF 50 gives higher protection and is the usual choice for strong sun, holidays or very fair skin. SPF 30 suits everyday city use. Either way, reapply regularly outdoors.
Can I use the face mist over sunscreen?
Yes, a light spritz refreshes the skin without disturbing your SPF – though it does not replace reapplying sunscreen.
